	Interior Lobby of the Wolcott Regional Voc-Tech School, Torrington, CT Commissioned by the Connecticut Commission on the Arts ~ 1999 Vocational education has always focused on practical trade skill development. All of these skills have in common the use of hand held tools. The tool forms are a metaphor for the students, alive with gesture, hanging out together in the School lobby.
